How often should we eat fish?

The British Nutrition Foundation suggests that in order to benefit from the health-giving properties of fish, we should aim to eat at least two portions of fish per week, one of which should be an oily fish. Those people at risk of heart disease or stroke, or who are suffering from arthritis or other joint inflammation problems, may benefit from eating fish more often.
